Ang’ata Tarangire Camp

Set along the Tarangire River near Kuro Airstrip, the camp overlooks the park’s landscapes. It is ideally situated just 5km from Silale Plains where elephant herds congregate. From the camp, guests can embark on game drives, night safaris, walking tours and more.

With 10 tents in a prime location, Ang’ata Tarangire offers an intimate, immersive tented camp experience. Guests can truly live the safari life while enjoying modern comforts and warm hospitality deep within this remarkable national park.

Ang’ata’s newest tented camp in Tarangire National Park includes 8 guest tents and a 2-tent family unit, along with a lounge and dining tent. Each tented suite features an en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and flush toilet. Tents can be configured with king, twin or triple beds per request.

The lounge provides a gathering spot for travelers to share safari stories over Tanzanian coffee or tea. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the dining tent, with private bush lunches available too. A nightly campfire, or “bush TV,” provides ambience.
