Arusha Airport (ARK): This domestic airport is even closer to Arusha National Park, located about 15 kilometers (9 miles) away. Some regional flights operate to Arusha Airport. You can reach the park more quickly from here.
By Car
From Arusha Town: Arusha National Park is a short drive from Arusha town, which serves as a gateway for many Tanzanian safaris. You can hire a taxi, use a rideshare service, or arrange for a transfer from your accommodation to the park’s entrance. The drive typically takes around 30-45 minutes.
From Moshi: If you’re in Moshi, another nearby town, you can also reach Arusha National Park by road. The distance is approximately 80 kilometers (50 miles), and the journey can take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
